Mindful yoga (beginner friendly)
Mondays, 7:30-8:30pm, at St Michael's Centre in Bishops Cleeve. £10 drop-in or 4 classes pass for £30.
Relaxing but strengthening, gentle vinyasa class. Suitable for adults and teenagers, so feel free to bring your daughter/son!

It was a really lovely class. As someone who hasn’t really moved their body for a while it was so nice to be able to do a class like this which challenging but at a level that wasn’t too much. The way you offered options for those of us who were a bit old and stiff was so helpful! I came away feeling good about myself and looking forward to the next class. You couldn’t tell it was your first! Thank you.

Kids Yoga
Fun filled classes specially designed to teach children to be more aware of their body, improve their posture (iPad neck!), as well as to develop their focus and concentration.
Expect games, activities and lots of animal noises and poses! Classes offered: toddler, pre-school and reception, and KS1.


Mindful Yoga
Yoga classes that will train your mind as much as your body, calming and nurturing the nervous system.
Beginner-friendly, these classes will teach you how to use breath as a tool, and to move mindfully, strengthening and toning the body, finding a new sense of balance.


Prenatal and Postnatal yoga
Prenatal yoga classes focus on mental centering, as well as gentle physical stretching and strengthening.
Postnatal yoga classes are specially designed to help you heal and restore your body and re-connect with your body and mind after giving birth.


Kids Yoga
Fun filled classes specially designed to teach children to be more aware of their body, improve their posture (iPad neck!), develop their focus and concentration.
